I. Project Background: Core Power Requirements for Quality Residences

On May 15, 2025, our company entered into a distribution box cooperation agreement with the Datang Guanhu Yunzhu Buildings 8 and 9 project in Ruzhou City, with a contract value of RMB 116,300. This project, as a high-quality residential development comprising 18-story mid-rise buildings, is positioned as “New Chinese-style Smart Residences.” Buildings 8 and 9 will accommodate nearly 200 households, placing stringent requirements on the safety, stability, and adaptability of power distribution. As the core of indoor power control, the performance of the distribution box directly affects the residents’ electricity experience. The project owner explicitly requires that the product comply with GB/T 7251 standards and be adapted to the dynamic and static zoning characteristics of residential electricity loads.

II. Meeting the Requirements: From Custom Design to Quality Control

At the outset of the collaboration, our technical team conducted an in-depth alignment with the project engineering department to specifically dissect the requirements: first, to adapt to multi-circuit electricity usage scenarios in residential settings, reserving a 20% load redundancy to accommodate future expansion of household appliances; second, to coordinate with the MEP installation schedule, requiring custom delivery within 48 hours; third, to ensure long-term operation and maintenance, specifying a one-year warranty and 24-hour fault response.

During the production phase, the model, material, and color of the distribution box body and cabinet shall be based on the samples provided by the manufacturer and confirmed by the construction unit, supervision unit, and construction contractor. For panel thicknesses below 800 mm, the steel plate shall be 1.0 mm thick; for those at or above 800 mm, it shall be 1.2 mm thick (including 800 mm). The powder coating must achieve uniform color, without wrinkles, peeling, spots, or missed spraying—no visible defects. When viewed from a distance of 1 meter, there should be no obvious color difference or reflection. Cold-rolled steel plates are used for the box body, paired with components certified under national standards. Circuit layouts are customized according to different apartment types, and quality is controlled through insulation resistance testing and short-circuit breaking capacity tests. In parallel, three progress reports are submitted for verification by the project owner, ensuring zero deviation from the requirements.

III. Value of Fulfillment: A Win-Win Practice of Mutual Empowerment

During the delivery phase, customized protective packaging and direct transportation by dedicated vehicles were employed. Joint acceptance inspections were conducted with the supervision unit to ensure that the model and quantity of all 126 distribution boxes matched precisely. Our technical personnel provided on-site guidance for installation and commissioning, assisting in the energization tests and helping the project’s MEP works meet the standards two days ahead of schedule.

This collaboration not only achieved cost control for the project through comprehensive services worth RMB 116,300 but also accumulated valuable experience in customizing residential distribution boxes for specific scenarios. The project owner’s evaluation of “efficient response and reliable quality” has laid a solid foundation for our company to further deepen our presence in the regional residential market.
